we built ~16 hair styles, six skin tones, dozens of face/mouth/eye combos, kit pattern variations (Argentina vertical stripes, Croatia checkers approximated, solid for everyone else). then layered ~80 hand-picked player likenesses on top so the famous stars actually read as themselves.
